At Kinginin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order(from the date you received the package). Return Requirements
1.Condition of Items: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered. They should also include original packaging and tags.
2.Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made items are non-refundable.
3.Return Request: A return request must be submitted before sending any items back. We do not accept returns without a prior request.
4.Shipping Fees: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. For returns, please use your own shipping method, and return costs will be at your expense.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. You can contact to our customer service via service@kinginin.com.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. If you do not see your refund after this period, please check your bank or credit card statement. If there is still no refund, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
1.We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.
You should submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via service@kinginin.com once you decide to cancel the order. After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible.
2.We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

5.After receiving your order cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund you as soon as possible, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-15 business days.
6.If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take a while for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before refunds. If you have completed all of these actions but have not received a refund, please contact us.
